By this time Bishop had Seth hooked to a machine that was making his heart continue beating...
And if not for that Seth would have been dead by now...for Bishop now stood over Seth with Seth completely opened up...all the organs showing.
Seth's eyes were bloodshot and he couldn't speak...he couldn't think...He could barely comprehend what was happening to him.
Bishop just stood there grinning. "Allow me to tell you a story before I finish you off..."
Seth chokes- "Wh-why...k-keep me...a-alive?...H-have you...n-no soul?"
Bishop: "I want you to hear the story first...don't worry. You will die this night. But at least you'll go out knowing the truth...that should make you feel much better."
Seth's whole body trembles- "Wh-what.....truth?"
Bishop: "About what really happened to your mother..."
Seth's eyes jolt open and his body shakes violently.
Bishop grins- "You lost her nine years ago...your father and uncles searched relentlessly and in vain...They believed she ran out on them. After time they stopped searching. You all became weaker. Anyway, the day she disappeared my men had been on patrol...unlucky for her...she was an easy target. She was brought here as the first female turtle. We even made the discovery that she must have once been a human. The possibilities for experimentation were endless. But I was more interested in what I could create from her. So therefore I took the sperm of an alien being I had captured some years before and implanted it into her."
Seth is pale and choking more- "Y-you.....b-bast***!"
Bishop: "There's more...Surprisingly enough your mother was able to carry the newly formed being for the whole term. And I successfully created a new species of life."
Seth: "F-for wh-what purpose?"
Bishop: "Why...more experimentation of course. The new things I learned from the creature I helped make has advanced my work far beyond what I could have imagined."
Bishop then points to the bio unit directly in front of Seth's view.
Bishop: "That there is the being...your unfortunate half brother..."
Seth tears up.
Bishop: "Unfortunately for your mother that creature was too unnatural for her body and she died only minutes within the birthing process."
Seth lets out a scream and starts thrashing. Bishop only laughs and starts putting his hands on Seth's organs making Seth scream more in unbearable pain. The machine is even failing to keep his heart pumping.
In the bio  unit the creature's eyes suddenly brighten and it looks at what Bishop is doing and slowly begins to move.
But just as Bishop is about to finish Seth off, the door blasts in and foot ninjas rush in accompanied by Vladimir.
The alarm goes off and Bishop looks up and glares.
Vladimir: "You cheated us you son of a b*****!!!"
Bishop grins- "Did you really think I would give you the REAL molecular matrix stone?!"
Vladimir yells- "FOOT NINJAS! ATTACK!!!"
Bishop's men soon rush out as well and start firing at the ninjas. Vladimir attacks Bishop and the whole place is soon filled with shooting, fighting, and destroying.

Seth lays on the table still opened wide up and is struggling to breathe.
The being in the unit looks Seth dead in the eyes, almost piercing his soul.
Seth suddenly feels a strong connection to this being and can't take his eyes off him.
The creature puts his hands on the glass and starts pushing with all his might. The glass starts cracking. Seth goes wide eyed in disbelief that the small creature would be strong enough to do that. The glass suddenly shatters and another alarm goes off catching Bishop's attention right away.
Bishop: "No!!!! Do not let that creature escape!!"
He goes to run over and stop it but Vladimir grabs Bishop and throws him across the room not letting Bishop run away from the fight.
Vladimir: "Yer gonna pay for deceiving ME!"
Bishop: "I don't have time to deal with you!"
Their fight continues and battle inside the building rages on.
Too many things are happening all at once for anyone to really take action against the mutant's escape.
The mutant stumbles over to Seth and looks thin and frail and doesn't look like he's ever used his legs. The creature starts getting things to close Seth up and is working hard to stay on his feet. Seth might have been scared to see such a being before but this creature was different. He felt as if he's known the being his whole life.
Seth stays as still as he can but feels his heart failing even with the machine.

Suddenly there's a second break in with more familiar faces. And this time it's his family. John is seen holding the big metal door in his hands as Shawn, Mikey, Leo, and Raph all rush in behind him.
Raph, however, shrieks when he sees the sight...especially the one of his son in such bad condition.
They rush over but freeze seeing the alien- mutant standing over Seth.
Leo growls and stands with his katana pointed out at the being- "Get away from him!!"
Seth chokes- "N-no....d-don't...h-he's...m-my..." He struggles more to breathe.
Don runs over and the creature backs away. John runs over as well- "Father, this machine looks to be keeping Seth alive! If we take him off it he will die instantly!"
Raph grabs the creature by the throat- "What have ya done ta mah son?!?!"
The being goes wide eyed and struggles to breathe with Raph's hands on his gills.
Don: "Raph, I don't think that being did this! He might have been helping Seth!"
Raph: "How da ya figure brainiac?!"
Don points to the broken bio unit and Raph stares at it and finally lets go.
Shawn screams and throws up seeing Seth and trembles.
Mikey: "Shawn!" He rushes over to help Shawn- "It's ok! We're gonna help him Shawn!"
Shawn shakes his head- "I-I saw this....I saw this coming!!!"
Mikey: "What?!"
Shawn: "I was having nightmares! And this is exactly what I saw!!"
Mikey goes wide eyed.
Leo: "No time now! We gotta get Seth out of here!"
John: "I will find a temporary device to keep him breathing!"
He rushes away.
Don starts unstrapping Seth- "Hold in there, Seth...hold in there!"
John finally rushes back with a device and hooks it up to Seth. He takes Seth into his arms and rushes out.
Leo: "C'mon guys! we're leaving!"
Don: "What about him?!" He points to the mutant now on his knees in exhaustion.
Leo grits his teeth- "Bring him!"
Raph: "What??!?!? We're just gonna take some alien home with us?!?!"
Leo: "No creature deserves to be in this cursed place in Bishop's hands!"
With that Don lifts the being and rushes out with the others.

Bishop sees them leave and yells in anger as the fight rages on.
